Eddicreation sells downloadable crochet patterns, not physical products. Because digital files can be accessed right after purchase, a conventional return isn't possible once access has been provided.
Something not right?
If a purchased PDF or ZIP file is inaccessible, incomplete, corrupted, does not match its description, or you were accidentally charged twice, please contact us with your order number and pattern name. We will review the issue and, as appropriate, provide the correct file, help with access, or offer another suitable solution including a refund where warranted.
Changed your mind?
For digital products, we generally do not offer refunds solely for a change of mind once download access has been provided. We review requests individually in line with applicable law.
