Questions? We've got yarnswers. ♡
Here's the useful stuff about Eddicreation's digital crochet patterns. Still stuck? Contact us here.
Am I buying a physical item?
No. Our products are digital crochet pattern files, not completed crochet toys, yarn, hooks or other physical goods. Nothing is shipped to your address.
How will I receive my pattern?
After checkout, follow the download instructions sent or shown through our digital-delivery system. The exact files are specified in each product's listing. If you don't receive access, contact us with your order information so we can help.
Which file formats are included?
It depends on the product. Some are standalone PDFs; others are ZIP archives containing several PDFs. Some PDFs also contain external video tutorial links, which may require internet access. Check the What's included details before buying.
Are all patterns written in English or US terms?
Not necessarily. We confirm English and US terminology in listings where the pattern files have been checked. Please refer to each product description or ask us before purchasing if a specific language is important to you.
Are all patterns suitable for beginners?
Skill levels vary. When a pattern specifies a skill level, we show it in the listing. For practice, start with Your First Crochet Stitches, Match Your Yarn & Hook or Choose Your First Crochet Hook.
Does every pattern include a video?
No. Only products that explicitly list a video tutorial or tutorial links include them. For example, the Funny Rat download includes a PDF linking to tutorial videos; other patterns may be PDF-only.
Can I sell finished items made using your patterns?
Permissions can vary by pattern and creator. Check the license or usage terms included with your particular pattern, or contact us before selling finished items. Purchasing a pattern does not permit distributing or reselling the pattern files.
Can I get a refund?
Because these are digital products, returns generally aren't possible after access is provided. We will review issues such as missing, incorrect or unusable files, duplicate charges and any mandatory consumer rights that apply. See our Refund Policy for details.
What if my PDF or ZIP file won't open?
Download it to your computer or phone and try a PDF reader. ZIP files need to be extracted before opening the PDFs. Some tutorials are external links and require an internet connection. If you still have a problem, message us with the product name and order details.
